Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

royal36 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts that cannot verify age eligibility will be suspended pending verification, and any outstanding transactions may be held.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at royal36. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is a violation of these terms and may result in all accounts concerned being permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The information required includes:

Deposits and Withdrawals

royal36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The terms for financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.
• All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise determined by royal36.
• Withdrawals that have not met the bonus wagering requirements will not be permitted until those requirements are fulfilled.

royal36 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal request. This includes a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport and proof of ownership of the payment account.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by royal36 are subject to the stated wagering requirements. Users must read and understand the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

The royal36 welcome bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Total wagering required: RM120 × 25 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM500 → Account balance RM1,500 → Total wagering required: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

Additional bonus-related conditions include:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings earned through qualifying wagers may be withdrawn.
• Bets placed on certain games may not count, or may only count partially, towards fulfilling the wagering requirement.

Prohibited User Conduct

• Collaborating or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Uploading or distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through royal36 communication channels.
